Old Fisherman

Ribar tavern is situated in Trpanj, close to Faraon Hotel and Trpanj's waterfront. As one of the oldest taverns in Trpanj with a family fishing tradition, this tavern offers and nurtures authentic Dalmatian cuisine made according to old family recipes.

The crabs and fish that we catch are prepared according to original Trpanj's recipes so that oysters and other local shellfish meals enjoyed in our family atmosphere won't leave you indifferent.

Our family nurtures traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Grilled fish, lobster, fish stew, shellfish, home-made cakes are only part of our vast offer which has multiplied over the years, remaining, however, genuinely Mediterranean and preserving the tastes and flavours of antique fireplaces.
